Homegrown Linus Gechter will probably play his last games for Hertha BSC in the coming weeks. The 22-year-old defender, who has been at the club since 2015 and has a regular place in the defence this season, is considered a candidate for sale at the Old Lady, who must plan for another second division season after the 1-0 defeat against FC Kaiserslautern at the latest. Gechter arouses interest in the Bundesliga.
