At FC Bologna, Vincenzo Italiano had considered his time at FC Bologna to be “over” after two years and terminated his contract. Now the 48-year-old coach has found a new employer – and it will take him out of Italy for the first time. Italiano has signed a two-year contract with Turkish fourth-placed Besiktas until 2028. He succeeds Sergen Yalcin, who signed for his second term with the team from Istanbul only a year ago.
