Udinese Calcio confirmed on Saturday that Fabio Cannavaro’s time as coach of the Serie A club is coming to an end after just six games. The 2006 world champion had only taken over the club from the north-east of Italy at the end of April in acute relegation trouble and, thanks to a final spurt with two wins and three draws, led them to a rescuing 15th place.
