Carrick, Michael
– Manchester United
Manchester United have not won in all competitions for eight games now, and the 3-0 defeat against AFC Bournemouth was recently the peak of the crisis. At the center of the criticism is above all coach Michael Carrick (45), and possible successor candidates are already being discussed. But Carrick remains in office for the time being. This is said to have been the result of a meeting of the bosses of the Red Devils on Monday. As various English media report, Carrick will be on the bench at least on Saturday in the away game at Chelsea FC and should get the chance to turn things around.
