Interim solution on the Bosporus: Former Dutch international Dirk Kuijt temporarily takes over as coach at the traditional Turkish club Fenerbahce Istanbul. The 46-year-old, previously working as assistant coach, will take charge of the first team as technical coordinator after the resignation of Ismail Kartal until a new head coach is found, the club announced on Wednesday. Fener lost the prestigious duel with Galatasaray 2-1 on Monday and is currently only fifth in the league.
