Niklas Dorsch is leaving 1. FC Heidenheim at his own request and moving to the MLS, where he will wear the jersey of Toronto FC from now on. The 28-year-old, who was under contract with FCH between 2018 and 2020 and since the summer of 2024, played a total of 133 competitive games for Red and Blue (five goals) in both periods. The former vice-captain of Heidenheim had already left the training camp in South Tyrol last Wednesday.
