Owen Gibs has signed a new contract with 1. As usual, the second division club is keeping the term a secret. The 19-year-old central midfielder made his professional debut this season and made three appearances in the 2nd division. He was also involved in 15 goals in 20 Regionalliga games. “As a boy from the region, it was of course always my dream to play for the FCK professionals at Betzenberg,” says Gibs, whose brother Neal also plays for the second team. He has already made six professional appearances.
