FC Ingolstadt has parted ways with head coach Sabrina Wittmann. This was announced by the third-division club on Thursday morning. The decision follows “an intensive consideration of the cross-season sporting development and the results in the course of the 3rd league season so far,” managing director Harald Gärtner is quoted as saying. Ingolstadt had started the season with eight points from seven games.
