With Maarten Vandevoordt as the regular keeper, RB Leipzig goes into the new season. Whether Peter Gulacsi will remain his deputy, however, is currently still uncertain. As transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports exclusively, the Hungarian is in “advanced negotiations” with Villarreal. The Spaniards are close to an agreement with the 36-year-old. According to kicker information, however, the clubs have not yet made contact with each other. Gulacsi had extended his contract until 2027 at the beginning of February.
