Malaeb, Rami
+ Rot-Weiss Essen
In last weekend’s away game in Ingolstadt, Rami Malaeb (17) celebrated his debut for the professionals of Rot-Weiss Essen. The striker came from Rot-Weiß Oberhausen in 2024 and initially played in the U17s. He has been part of the U19s since this season and already trains regularly with the men’s team. For the next season from July 2027, the Lebanese will now receive a professional contract and become an integral part of the professional squad. “Rami has a high level of game intelligence, excellent technical skills and a very good feel for the game,” explained RWE director of football Marcus Steegmann.
