Fadih Vasic has already taken part in the training of the professionals of Rot-Weiss Essen regularly, and at the end of last season he was also in the squad of the third division club. Now the 17-year-old has signed a professional contract. “I’m very grateful for the trust,” said the attacker. “Through more regular training with the first team, we want to develop him in a targeted manner and introduce him to senior football. Our goal is for Fadih to be ready to become an integral part of our professional squad by 1 July 2027,” said RWE director of football Marcus Steegmann.
