While Toni Kroos is ending his career at Real Madrid this summer, Luka Modric is apparently hanging on for at least one more year with the Whites. As the 38-year-old announced during the celebrations for the Champions League triumph on Sunday evening, the midfield strategist is staying in Madrid. “See you next season,” he shouted to the Real fans. The contract is expected to be signed in the course of next week.
