Tim Oberdorf wants to continue playing for Fortuna Düsseldorf despite the relegation. The 29-year-old told the “Bild”: “Of course I’ll stay with Fortuna. I want to help get promoted again as quickly as possible.” The defender joined from TSG Sprockhövel in the summer of 2019 and made the leap to the first team in 2022. Last season, Oberdorf was vice-captain and has made a total of 146 appearances for F95 so far.
