Denis Vavro has been a regular in the VfL Wolfsburg lineup since match day 6. After initial problems, the central defender has stabilized and shown good performances. On loan from FC Copenhagen, he is under contract with the Wolves until the summer, after which there is said to be a purchase option worth two million euros. VfL managing director Peter Christiansen values the 28-year-old’s qualities, but he still wants to see further proof of his performance for a permanent position.
