Former Bundesliga professional Steven Cherundolo (47) will take over the U-23 national team of the USA and thus the team that will compete at the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles. The former Hannover 96 player (1999-2014) played 87 international matches for the USA as a professional and most recently coached Los Angeles FC in the MLS.
