Stefan Posch already played on loan for 1. FSV Mainz 05 in the past second series. Now the Rheinhessen have signed the 29-year-old Austrian – as reported by kicker. “Poschi came to us last winter to recommend himself for the World Cup with Austria and helped us directly,” says sporting director Niko Bungert. Accordingly, the joy in Mainz is great “that Poschi wanted to stay Mainz and that we have now been able to realize that”.
