Quarterfinal betting – what to look out for
The knockout phase of the FIFA Club World Cup also opens up a new option for sports betting fans – “Who will advance?”
This special bet is an ideal addition to the classic 1-x-2 bet. The three-way bet offered by the best Club World Cup betting providers only refers to regular playing time.
This means: If, for example, you bet on Bayern to win in the quarter-finals, but Neuer & Co. only win in extra time or even on penalties, then this bet is considered lost.
Other betting options in the knockout rounds are: Team XY wins in extra time or Team XY wins on penalties.
